MOCKED aims to provide accurate stock availability, however as our stock numbers vary, the availability is only valid at the time shown.
VARIATION
MOCKED has the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the products, services and any pages of its website. All MOCKED products are handmade from natural materials therefore every product is slightly different due to the natural nature of the material.
TURNAROUND TIMES
ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE PERIOD
Orders placed using a sale code or during a sale period may have up to a 4 week turn around in production due to the high volume of pieces on the cutting list.
REGULAR ORDERS
Orders placed not using a sale code or during a sale period will have a 3 week turn around in production.
POSTAGE
All items are sent via regular mail with our courier company, Sendle. Orders which have a PO Box delivery address will be sent via Australia Post. All orders are packaged safely using cardstock and bubble wrap and posted in either bubble wrap mailing bags or boxes to prevent damage in transit. Once your order has been shipped, MOCKED accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
For rushed orders please keep in mind that you MUST allow shipping time from the 3 week period it may take to ship your order. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
If you are needing your order FAST please email mocked_@outlook.com or contact us through the contact us page on our website to discuss this. At times during the year there are options for orders to be shipped within 2 days of it being placed, keep in mind though that these FAST orders WILL incur an additional fee.
MOCKED offers free local pickup for people local to the Sutherland Shire. Our warehouse is located in Gymea Bay and if you choose local pickup upon checkout the delivery fee will not be charged. MOCKED will contact you when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup. Once your order for pick up has been placed in the pick-up box MOCKED takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. If you do choose to sign up to our mailing list we promise to not bombard you with spam emails rather we will only send mail when we have sales, or some new and exciting news to announce.
We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.
WARRANTY
Please note our products do not carry a warranty. We encourage you to follow all product care guidelines listed here, in the product descriptions, or that accompany your product, and to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the long-life and quality of your items.
CAKE TOPPERS
Please handle this product with care. Due to the size and materials used, especially the acrylic mirror, these can be extremely fragile.
Carefully take the cake topper out from the plastic slip by peeling away the top to open. When handling your new cake topper, please hold by the cake sticks that go into the cake or the thickest part of the cake topper. Please try not to bend or drop the piece as it will break.
After use just wash the cake sticks with warm soapy water and leave to dry. When cared for properly, your products are sure to last for many years to come. To ensure the longevity of your cake topper, please follow the product care instructions that come with your purchase.
SIGNAGE
Acrylic surfaces can scratch, chip, or shatter when not carefully handled. Acrylic signs should be installed or placed with care in areas that are not exposed to direct heat or sunlight for extended periods of time. Acrylic signs are most suitable for extended indoor use or shorter-term outdoor use in covered areas.
To clean acrylic signs simply use a clean, soft, damp cloth to gently wipe surface areas.
EXCHANGES
MOCKED does not accept exchanges for change of mind. MOCKED will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by MOCKED eg spelling error. Please contact via email with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer eg you have provided the incorrect spelling of a name or requested the wrong colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an online order with MOCKED for any of our products, you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to our terms and conditions. Dispatch times may vary depending on availability of stock. When placing an order, you acknowledge that all your details are true and accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MOCKED reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without informing you. All changes will be posted online and continued use of the site will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
